The first blend of many, this wild ale is a 2 barrel blend of beer with an average age of 12 months in oak, fermented by and matured on our house culture of wild yeast and bacteria procured from the greater London area.
The aroma is light and floral with hints of honeydew melon and limoncello. The flavour starts with a light mittelfrüh bitterness before dissipating into bright pineapple and peach with a restrained acidity to ensure drinkability.

Fris en toch wel scherp zuur, erg fruitig (abrikoos en appel), zacht qua textuur, clean. Redelijk wat koolzuur, maar dat maakt 'm wat minder lomp zuur. Een Nevel zonder onkruid.

33cl bottle. A hazy yellow beer with a white lacing. Aroma of tart yellow fruits, grapes, lime. Taste of mild sourish pale malt, grapes, apples, lemon, mild body.

Pale blond colour with no head. Aroma and flavour have a citric sharpness. Some yellow fleshed stone fruits and a little grapiness too. Gentle funk and wood too.
