(Keg at CBH2017) The beer poured oily and black. No head. Aroma had burnt malts, vanilla and vineousness. Palate was full bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, vanilla, burnt malts, dark chocolate and bitterness. Aftertaste had vanilla, burnt malts and bitterness. A boozy brew but a surprisingly good one.

Tap @ craft beer Helsinki. Poured pitch black with a thin brown head. Bourbon notes, mild vanilla, roastedness, alcohol, dark bread. Molasses, roasted malt, licorice, spicy boozy finish. Quite complex. Bourbon finish, long, some heat but hides abv really nicely.

On tap at TCBW 2017. Looks like used mitor oil, just with a modest, beige head. Intense roasty aroma with sweet chocolate, malt, caramel, vanilla, dark fruits and alcohol. Sweet, very sweet, also quite vinous and almost boozy, but manages to pull it of to a certain degree. Strong and desserty with noticeable alcohol, but still less than feared.

Tap at TCBW. Opaque black color, small brownish head. Boozy, sweet, roasted aroma. Full-bodied. Sticky sweet, sugary, boozy. Way to sweet and booze hiding there too.
