Bottle, many thanks Gurthnar! Clear very pale yellow color with large white head. Aroma is red apples, vanilla, light leather. Taste is dry apple skin, vanilla, nicely dry in the back. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Quite tasty!

I'm really like that stuff and taste. Cydr slowacki jest naprawde rzemieslniczy, w smaku przypomnialo mi sie wiele dobrych tradycyjnych cydrow Normandzkich czy z Bretanii. Bardzo tartowo, bardzo gnilnie. tzn posmak jablek takich nie slodkich tylko nadpsutych jakby dorwaly sie do nich dzikie drozdze itp. Fajny smak i aromat. Choc butelka prosta niezbyt atrakcyjna.

0,5l bottle bought at Pivoteka Nitra. BB 10.02.2017. light yellow clear color, small white head. smells of apples, lightly sour, light funk, bit barnyards, nice smell. medium body, medium carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes rather sweet, lightly acidic, apple notes, bit bardyard again, spices. finishes lightly sweet with some apple notes. overall decent one, i m not a big cider fan, but this one is drinkable, although a bit too sweet.

Bottle 0,5l from Bistro The Peach in Bratislava, clear golden colour, aroma: some vinegar, apple juice, green apples, some honey tones, taste: sweet apple juice, some rotten tones but may be it is from kind of apples used, medium body, a little more sweet from glucose fructose syrup which is in it, but OK overall.

Tap at Salon piva. Clear deep golden colour. Moderate carbonation. Tasty, juicy apple character, though a bit straightforward, overripe. Mostly sweet with light balancing sourness. Good.
