Dreamer is a super sessionable Belgian Wit with zesty pithiness from oranges, spiciness from coriander, and clove-like flavours from the phenolic Belgian yeast strain we used. Floral notes from conditioning on elderflowers add a freshness and a lightness to this beer. Cloudy, easy-drinking, and thirst-quenching. Give it a go, and let us know what you think.

31-10-20 // bottle.Via RB-trade. Thanks BeardedAvenger. Gently poured as the brewery is aware of some flocking sediment problems. Hazy darker orange with the floaties. Quite intense Wit. Spicy, zesty. Lots of elderflower, quite dry floral. Nice tastewise. --- Beer merged from original tick of Dreamer on 01 Nov 2020 at 14:50 - Score: 7. Original review text: Last night. Via RB-trade. Bottle from A Hoppy Place, Windsor. Aroma had citrus, smooth elderflower and spice. A lively one. Foams over after I pop off the cap. Amber. So many floaters it reminds me of the curry sauce I had with my fish and chips yesterday lunchtime. Medium bitter with a tangy but over tasted orange citrus streak. Warm spice. The elder flower takes the edge off. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Fizzy carbonation. Dry slightly astringent finish. I find that Wits can be somewhat weak and I insipid but this is has lot of character. Unfortunately the bloom of jellyfish of floaters is really putting me off. Where is the sieve?
