Deep golden color, hazy. Unfiltered. Medium to full bodied. Malty flavor. Butterscotch. Touch of alcohol. Some hopbitterness comes through in the aftertaste. Flowery and a touch vinous. Warming maibock that is reasonably well balanced.

Tap at Macche. Clreat orange-amber with a tall head. Biscuity malt nose, estery fruits. Sweet, biscuity, huge fruit, peach, melon. rich and thick. Sweet and too estery for me but nice.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is juicy malts, cereals, light grassy and fruity hops. Taste is juicy malts, cereal, nice hop character, but also some honey and sweet almost papery notes. Soft oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Good!

0.5 l bottle from ’P&M Getränke’, best before July 2017. Clear, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, stable, white head. Sweetish, malty, slightly floral aroma of honey, caramel and some straw. Sweetish-malty, slightly floral and a little grassy taste of honey, caramel, some straw and traces of grains, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly grassy finish. Medium to full body, slightly oily and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent.

50 cl bottle @ Sankt Hans Tasting, Ulfborg. Aroma has sweet and sticky honey-like malt. Also some grassy hops and mild hayish malt. Flavour has sticky and sweet malt with honey, grassy hops and some grain. Your typical maibock - and surprisingly too sweet for me.
