Good dense, thick & stable off-white head over finely carbonated clear copper beer. Toast, green kitchen herbs, parsley, green leaves, faint arachide. Some faint hoppy notes immediately emerging with rosewater, rosehips and a harsh metallic, very dry finish. Grains. Almost dry-out effect - backthroat rather than incisal. Light body, soft carbonation. Aftertaste sports a straw-like flavour. I'm guessing the hops used were originally New Worl hops, but from the Western Flemish clay. And that isn't the same terroir.
