Cran-bic 2020 is a 6 percent ABV Lambic-style ale that was brewed “in the traditional method employed by the Lambic Brewers of Belgium”, including five months of outdoor aging in oak barrels. The ale was also conditioned on cranberries from “the wilds” of Wisconsin before being packaged.

Bottle care of Jimmy. Thanks man! Pours a clear pinkish red with a finger of pink white foam that lingers. Lovely tart cranberry aromas with some earthy, funky cobweb aromas. More of the same on the palate, fermented cranberry and earth with some horseblanket flavors. A touch sweet, but enjoyable.
