Brewed with Bergamot orange peel and coriander, Stone Dayfall Belgian White is quite possibly the finest beer ever created for drinking in the sunshine. While we may be known historically for our IPAs, our brewers have been brewing incredible Belgian-style beers for years, and they have a few Great American Beer Festival medals to show for them. This beer is brewed to be loved by Stone diehards as well as new fans who may prefer to stay away from double IPAs and imperial stouts.

Can from Systembolaget.Hazy dark golden/orange with a small white head. Sweetish with soap, citrus, coriander, some bread and lemongrass. Drinkable but not a favourite.

Draught @ Fox & Hounds, Sønderborg. Pours slightly hazy straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of malt and fruit, with herbal and estery notes. Bitter, hoppy and mildly citric flavour with notes of yeast and coriander and touches of malt. Estery and peppery aftertaste with hoppy touches. Weak palate. Drinkable and very sessionable but a little disappointing.

Bottle at Goblet. Hazy orange body, white head. Wheat malt, light phenols, quite perfumey citric notes. Juicy taste, citric, orange, soapy, herbal, bitter, oxidized maltiness somewhat. Okay overall.

Pours amber with a mild haze to it. Thin white head but with some notable lacing and bubbles. Aroma has a nice blend of orange and coriander, as advertised. Taste has delicate floral notes, with a nice orange punch alongside the typical coriander and light malt of this style. Palate has a very tasteful, and mild, hop bite with a very very slight resinous note to accompany continued orange notes that linger on the tongue. Fantastic.

355ml bottle. Hazy, dark yellow-ish to orangey, golden colour with small, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, fruity, spicy and floral aroma, notes of orange peel, bergamot, some coriander, wheaty malty background. Taste is slightly dry, minimally sweet, spicy, citrusy fruity, slightly floral, widely disguised wheaty malty basis, notes of lemon peel, orange peel, hints of coriander with a minimally soapy touch, some bergamot. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Felicitous composition with very pleasing nose, light, disadvantageous shift of accent in taste, refreshing, drinkable - very nice summer beer.
