650ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Sweet-ish, candy aroma, notes of vanilla, hundreds and thousands, a touch of honey, candied almond. Taste is sweet, notes of vanilla, hundreds and thousands, candied almond, honey, biscuit, foam cake. Smells and tastes like a candy booth at a fair. Very clean, flawless, fascinating in a way, very well crafted as expected from Hoppin' Frog, but simply not my cup of tea. In the end too far away from anything I'd like to link with the notion of beer.

Sample at the Hoppin’ Frog Tasting Room. Clear copper-gold color with a medium white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Strings of lace. Aroma of fruit, vanilla and malt. Medium to full body with flavors of vanilla, caramel malt and a bit of fruit. The finish is sweet with a vanilla and bready malt aftertaste. Above average overall.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Strong cake/biscuit notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Long moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. Strange.

Misty gold. Good white head. Aroma: vanilla cake, malts, esters, coffee, rum. Medium to full body. Taste: medium sweet, malty, estery. Light vanilla cake. Low bitterness. Well made but strange.

Cake indeed. Massively sweet, with some more sweet and sugar on top. Pretty creamy, nicely soft and a bit boozy. Something lightly fruity in there too.. pineapple? Vanilla, lactose, white chocolate, sugar. Tasty, but a bit one dimensional, and too sweet.
