hazy pale yellow colour, miniml off-white head; aroma of lemon, earthy, wine cellar notes, vinegar, tannins and some sour berries; taste is dominated by sourness with notes which makes it similar to an acidic dry white wine and hints of salt; interesting

Tåkete lys brun med lavt hvitt skum. Lukter gjær, trevirke, hvete og eple. Minner meg om eget hjemmebrygg, en mislykket hveteøl. Syrlig, stikkelsbær og noe hvete. Noe søtlig. Kort.

0.33l bottle. This is a cloudy golden colored one with a small quickly fading white going bubbly head on top. It has a classic Berliner sourness with white currants on the nose. There's tones of burnt toast here, I get sour gooseberry jam with a just a generic lemonic sourness. Smells really nice indeed. Yeah, it tastes pretty darn nice as well. Not too grainy and the amount of sourness is well balanced. It has a thin oily texture in the mouth and it's just below average on the carbonation to my surprise. Expected more based on the pour. Mild white currants with tones of bread, a hint of gastric acid and a little woody vinegar toward the finish. Yeah, I quite liked and enjoyed this little refreshing buddy. Wouldn't mind this again at all. 02.03.2016

Bottle at 100 piv. Quite clean and characteristic berliner weisse with pale colour, assertive sourness, but a clean lactic character. Refreshing and surprisingly drinkable once you get acquainted with the style.

Hazy pale yellow appearance. Aroma is quite wheaty. The rye and wheat offer more complexity and add a little body. Light citric tartness in the finish.
