Draft pour at Rustico. Poured a clear golden yellow with a medium sized white head. Aroma was corn, malt. Some citrus. Cereal. Crisp, clean and easy to drink. Great on tap.

On tap at the Oxbow Blending & Bottling Portland. Unclear yellow/pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, grainy and light grassy nose. Grassy, grainy, touch of honey and dry bitterish sweetish finish.

Not bad, grassy and grainy with notes of apple, straw, and white bread followed by a spicy-floral hop finish.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: yellow sort of semi-cloudiness with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: citrusy to grassy hops up front, light clean biscuity malts further down in there
Flavor: combines all the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet and sweet oily quality; finishes citrusy and sweet oily
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; smooth to slick along the tongue, touch of dryness
Overall: I believe this might have been my first ever Italian pilsner way back and then the revisit to this came with this review from can to becher glass and it's still the same the first time I had it. I say nice enough beer to welcome a third time if that ever happens.

Pour is a chill haze blonde with a large white head. Aroma is chalky white bread malt and a very herbal hop. Flavor is again a super herbal lemongrass hop with some bone dry cracker malt. If you like the spicy and herbal noble hop variety then I have a beer for you. Quite tasty.

Can from Tavour. Pours light, bright gold with a creamy white head. Aroma is malty with some citrus and grass. Approaching med body. Flavor is malty/bready. The hop is mostly noble grass/spice, but there's some citrus too.
