Draught. Cloudy pale yellow with very small foamy white head, faint acidic aroma, high carbonation, mildly bitter medium sour citrusy taste, thin body, medium sour finish. interesting brew, does not really fit the 'Pilsner' label.

Tap at stags head Friday boostin. Very clear pour. Nose is light grassy and some cracked pepper. Tastes grassy, white pepper, grains, faint citrus some malt. Crisp and refreshing. Perfect Italian Pils (I’ve no idea what that is so assume this sets the bar)

Hazy golden color. Frothy white head. I thought the nose had considerable brett though no indication its used in this beer. , biscuity nose with some dry grassy and lemon notes. Dry, the body is slightly lacking and there isnt enough bitterness. Bone bone dry mouth. Dry finish with lingering brett and oak character. Very different take on a pils. I like but dont love it

Draft at Harbor Bar. Clean aroma of Pilsener malt, grassy hop, herbal and peppery notes. Clear gold pour with a thin white head and some light, sticky lace. Drinks clean and a little sweet, soft bitterness, lively feel. Crisp, mid-dry close. Pretty good.

10th rater. What makes this Italian style? Do you have to use a lot of gestures when talking about it? It is a softer and thicker mouthfeel. Pale clear gold color. Is that make it Italian? It has no pizza or pasta... hmm, I’m skeptical. Malty beer for a pils, thick white Wonder bread. Light hop touches peek through. Soft malt and cottony finish.
