[5/11/2019] Draught sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2019. Green session. Hazy yellow. Funk, flowers, some spiciness, rustic, tart, juicy, bitterish note. Very nice.

Draught @ MBCC 2019. Pours clear light yellow with a white head, light lacings. Aroma of malt, yeast, hay, tart fruit. Flavor is sweet, light sour, malt, yeast, honey, hay, tart fruit. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and light acidic finish. 110519

Tap. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is white wine funk, yoghurt, nice honey character too. Taste is honey, white wine, barrel funk. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Nice!

ABV: 6.5%. Hazy matt medium to light yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, citrus, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, saison yeast, citrus, light sweet yeast - nectar - honey. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, tart, fruity yeast, citrus, saison yeast, light sweet yeast - nectar - honey. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Sample @ MBCC 2019, green session. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sour malt, lactose acid, fruits, hops and has a nice sour finish.
