25cl pour at the brewery pours a clear gold with some creamy white head. Nose is true to style, yeasty dough, grassy, lemon peel, a little peanut skin. Flavor follows, a slight metallic twinge, hints of root veg, but lightly doughy, a little white flour, dandelion. Dry finish.

It pours a mostly clear golden color with some fairly heavy lacing. Nice aroma of clean hops, gras, and a bit of spice. The flavor is quite clean, with a light sweetness and s medium bitterness. Easy drinking, with a light body, and a light dry finish. This is pretty enjoyable pils. One of the better in the style I have tried lately.

Herb hopfiger, relativ weicher Antrunk. Spritzig, Zitrusnoten, süffig bleibend mit herben, etwas trockenen Tendenzen. Dabei zunehmend trocken, wenig herb, spritzig, gut. 9/10/9/9//9

Tap at brewpub. Clear golden color, good white head. Floral, citrus aroma. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Very fruity, sweetish pils. Citrus, orange peels in bitterness. Clean fruity finish.

At the source: Pours straw yellow with a white head. Aroma is lots of straw, flowers, herbals, and bread. Taste is rather herbal, but not in the sense that some IPAs are herbal. Lightly bitter. I kind of think too much is going on in this pils. Still good, and nice for people who like those flavors more than I do.
