Bottle pour at Cellador, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with bright peaches and nectarines as advertised, with gentle mixed cultures and some rustic notes. Flavour is bright and fruity, with loads of peaches and nectarines, moderate acidity, and light mixed bugs. The stone fruit comes through beautifully here, imparting the right amount of acidity. Excellent.

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is peach flesh, yoghurt, funky sour stuff. Taste is peach purree, lots of tartness, yoghurt, a touch acetone. Tannic-ish finish. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Nice!

ABV: 6.9%. Unclear - hazy medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity malt, sweet malt, peach - apricot, nectarine, fruity yeast - sweet yeast, sour - tart fruit, tart tropical fruit. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a long duration, fruity, tart, sour, peach - apricot, nectarine, tart tropical fruit, fruity yeast, funky, citric, medium dry.
