Tap. Unclear orange-to-rosé color with white head. Aroma is cherry skin, almonds, peach, oak, leather. Taste is the same, almost puckering, but also lots of oak sugar there. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Good!

Bottle shared with the KL Tasting Crew. Poured a hazy light orange colour with a thin broken off white head. The aroma is yeasty, light biscuit, oaky, cherry. The flavour is moderate sour, with a light, crisp, yeasty, light tart cherry palate and a bubbly mouthfeel. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

750 mL bottle poured, enjoyed at Toronado, San Diego. First visit, and lots of Rare Barrel waiting to be enjoyed! A pinkish peach pour, clean, barely any head. Sharp tart nose, very sour indication. Taste is cherry pie up front. A smooth sour and full of true cherry flavor. Carb is heavy, a sharp forward taste. Cherry dominated, and well executed. Very nice sour here.
