Bottle, vintage 2017, courtesy of Thomas. Pours hazy peach. Aroma is peach, cherries, cherry stones, lots of pig stable though. Body is light and really sour, yet with much more complexity than other TRB's. Fizzy candy, quite sweet still, and strongly fruity. Not super dry, surprisingly. Definitely better and more enjoyable than the previous beers I've had of this brewery.

Bottle. Mikkeller online. Hazed, gingery pink. Film of white. Nose has sour cherry. Cherry stone. Vanilla oak. Preserved lemon. Soft, new leather funk. Light brett quality throughout. Not too complex, but beautifully bright and fruity. Taste is tart, dry, and a tiny bit saline. Super fresh mouthfeel, with a soft, unripe fruit acidity. Crisp, fine carbonation. Cherry tartness to finish. Very nice indeed.

Flaska från Mikkeller General Store, Kph. Delad under bottleshare. Pyser lite vid öppning. Orangerosa, rosé-färgad, något disig med vitt skum. Precis i början en lätt svavelton, men försvinner snabbt. Därefter fantastisk doft och smak av syltade körsbär, syrliga körsbärskärnor, mousserande rosé, hallon, rosa äpplen, rosécider, syrliga äppelskal. Ganska bra tryck i syran. Överlag riktigt pigg och fräsch med en fin, torr avslutning. Det är långt ifrån en kriek. Drar snarare åt en lätt, torr och pigg rosé. Fantastiskt gott!

Capped 750 shared by Marcus. Pours hazy peach with a super transient white head. Mild cherry aroma with light notes of wood and sour. Med body or so. Flavor is tart, but not destructively so, and the cherry is very nice. Wood nicely supports the cherry flavor. Beer for a hot day. Good stuff.

Tap@TRB. Pours clear hot pink tending to candy apple red - hibiscus colored. Small white head, decent lacing. Aroma is tart cherries and mineral water, a bit of stemmy seedy vegetalness. Flavor is light plus sour, light but clean funk, cherries, seeds and stems. Light body with a mineral water feel to it, although the carbonation is softer. Tasty beverage, and I am enjoying the acidity tone-down.

On tap at the brewery. Aroma is very fruity with nice cherry note, some light citrus and oak and a bit of funk. Very juicy with a sweet cherry pie aroma. Pours a hazy, bright pinkish red with a bit of an orange hue and a medium sized, thin head that recedes quickly to the edges where it lingers for a bit. No lacing or legs. Flavor is fairly tart with light malt notes. Acidity islemons with some.tart cherry notes. Some light oak character with tannins from the oak and cherry skins. Medium cherry note, with a light, sweet juiciness. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with meidum carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a pretty nice sour but a bit on the sharp side for me. Cherry character is interesting with a sweet note, but quite a bit of acidity.
