On tap at Mikkeller San Diego, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma brings out gentle grapes, with a touch of wild yeast. Flavour is exquisitely complex, with tart grape skins, wild heart and some woody notes. Really nicely balanced, with a grape-like finish. Excellent.
