Pours red with a small head, aroma of cherries and fruits, flavor is acidic with lemon cherries, Brett, medium-bodied, and great. The mouthfeel is described as silky with foamy-ish carbonation, and the finish is noted to be grape-like.

Tap @ Mikkeller Baghaven Festival, 2020. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Canned peach, berries, funk and wood. Dry and tart with the fruit lingering. Lovely

Bottle pour @ MBWAC 2020, Copenhagen. Heavy, oaky and vinous with some grapes, berries and tartness. A bit unbalanced.

[5/11/2019] Draught sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2019. Green session. Deep red, pink foam. Grapes, funk, juicy, sour. Very good.

Tap @MBCC2019, Green Session. Clear red, offwhite head. Sourish fruit and berry aroma. Raspberries. Sourish flavour, berries, sour fruit, a little anise.

Tap. Hazy purple color with white head. Aroma is red grape juice, Brausetablette, etc. Taste is veilchen, syrah-style. Silky mouthfeel with foamy-ish carbonation. A bit too much like cheap red wine for me.

ABV: 9.8%. Unclear medium red colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white - pink - red head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, berries - grapes, tart - sour, yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, berries, grapes, tart grapes, wheat, yeast, grapes skin. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190511]

On tap at Mikkeller San Diego, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma brings out gentle grapes, with a touch of wild yeast. Flavour is exquisitely complex, with tart grape skins, wild heart and some woody notes. Really nicely balanced, with a grape-like finish. Excellent.
