Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 31A/18B). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L16079 (BBF 12/2018). AROMA: medium cereal husk aroma, combined with a medium-low sulphury and a low green mango hop aroma. APPEARANCE: golden color and cristal clear. medium-low white head with medium-low retention. TASTE: medium cereal husk flavor, medium-low green fruit hop flavor and a neutral malt background. high bitterness with a semi-dry and agressively bitter finish. PALATE: medium body with medium-low carbonation. astringent. OVERALL: an american pale ale-like beer with oats with tanninic astringency and husk presence.
