The maceration process is done in 3 temperature jumps in order to obtain, on the one hand, the greatest possible amount of fermentable sugars and, on the other, to work at a temperature that allows us to obtain non-fermentable sugars that leave a malt body in the beer.

Bottle 33cl. from Cider & Wijn & Bier webshop @home poured into a shaker. Hazy medium amber colour, fair creamy off-white head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma toasted malt, rye, light lemon, caramel, some honey, herbal hops. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, toastey, caramel, rye bread, light spicy notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, malty sweetbitter aftertaste, light toast, spicy and herbal notes, okay.

Light brown colour with thin creamy head. Really full taste with lots of dark rye bread. Very well balanced and a nice mouthfeel. Subtle floral hop in the aftertaste.
