Berrea Blonde is a blonde beer of high fermentation type
«Bière de garde».
On the palate, its medium-high body
emphasizes the maltose notes and
its noble hops provide a subtle
bitterness and an elegant floral aroma.
The presence of sediment demonstrates
which is an unfiltered beer
and second fermentation in bottle

7/5/2018. Bottle courtesy of fombe89. 8% abv. Pours slightly hazy mid gold with a small lasting off-white head. Aroma of sweet malt, caramel, yeast, lemon, herbs and hops. Heavy sweetness, minimal bitterness. Medium to full bodied, oily texture, soft carbonation. Not bad, though the sweetness is quite overpowering.
