Bottle. Pours a near clear yellow with a slight gold hue and a white head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has light lemon and tart fruits with a slight funk, a bit of a leafy note in the finish. Flavor has sour kiwi and lemon with a good amount of funk, light oak and a bit of leaves in the finish.

On tap at Haandfest. An unclear, yellow-orange colored beer with a small white head. The aroma has some vinegar and a light funk, with barnyard, horseblanket and lemon juice, along with a generic fruityness and grapefruit. It's tart on the palate, medium to full-bodied, with a nice carbonation level. Funky, fruity flavor too, leaving little, if none, room for the malts. Grapefruit, hay, lemon, vinegar no and barnyard. Lasting finish. Too much on the vinegar side this one, but a small glass was nice. 190503

Bottle shared at AmLam 2020 at Jimmy's. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of white foam that dissipates. Notes of dried lemon peel, hay and horseblanket. Palate is very similar with a nice mineral undertone....lemon, dried apricot and more musty funk. Drying finish. Very nice.
