Bottle shared at Lucky Bamboo share. Thanks Aaron! Pours a clearish gold with a finger of white foam that dissipates. Big peach forward nose with nectarine, apricot and faint lemon and oak notes as it warms. Tart on the palate with young peach and stone fruit that dominates. More oak towards the finish with some slightly bitter stone and fuzzy skin notes. Delicious.

(On tap @ CBC 2016 Yellow Session, Copenhagen) Pours a hazy straw gold. Nose of peach cobbler and popcorn. Flavour is more dominated by buttered popcorn, underneath is peach cobbler, lactic acidity, and lots of cereal grains. I don’t know if there is actually diacetyl or it’s just reminding me of it, but it’s distracting from the peach and grain that should be the focus. Did not really enjoy this one.

Bottle @ home, big thanks to jcnielsen for this! Pours a clear light golden orange appearance with a thin head. Aroma has lots of candy (smarties), tropical fruit, apple, and lots of funk. Dull carbonation. Moderate to high sourness. Just a hint of herbal hops in the flavor with lots of smarties/spree candy notes. Acid is fairly high. Twangy tropical fruits. Some redeeming qualities but a little harsh and the flavors aren’t that amazing.

[ As Fonta Flora Funk Fuzz ].Light unclear light yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, peach. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, peach, fruity, pale malt, light sour - funky, baking yeast - floral. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160513]

On tap at CBC 2016, yellow session. Pours cloudy pale yellow golden, white head. Fruity, citrus, funk, peach, yeast. Light sourness. Light bodied, quite refreshing.

Bottle at Culmination Fest 16: Poured a golden color with a white head. Aroma was pungent fruit light peach. Taste was very tart and sour fruit with a oak woodness.

Draught@CBC2016 (yellow session). Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, some wooden, citric and mild funky and earthy notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, earthy and mildly yeasty with some slight funk to it as well.

Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of vinegar and brett. The flavor is sour with notes of vinegar, fruit, wood, funk, brettanomyces, and peaches, leading to a tart finish.
