On tap @ ChiareScure Festival, Milano 2018. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di liquoroso. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. Le bollicine sono grandi. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è ambrato scarico. Il corpo è strutturato pesante. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sulla lingua si attestano impressioni di caramello, miele, agrumi, frutta passita e zenzero.

Caña en el Cabanon 18..12..2015. (r05). color oscuro con espuma beige que desaparece casi por completo al poco tiempo. Aromas y sabores maltosos dulces ligeramente tostados con amargo final acentuado ligeramente duradero. Normal.

Hazy amber color, small frothy head. Some malt aroma and flavor, the flavor is also a bit biscuity, and the final is a bit nutty, and traces of vegetables.
Nice, but easy brew.

bottle ambrata velata schiuma media non molto persistenza deciso maltato dolce lieve radice amaro non intenso On tap oro arancio quasi piatta buona maltatura discreta beva note agrumata amaro nel finale
