Ölet du dricker - Är skapad för att ge en kraftig frisk syrlighet, med doft av citrusfrukter. Dina smaklökar kommer vänja sig efter ett par klunkar, åh efter det kommer fantastiska humletoner fram. Syrligheten kommer ifrån naturligt framställda lactobacillus bakterier som framställt mjölksyra i ölet. Ölet är inspirerat av Belgarnas gueuze men med en Alnöltwist.

ABV: 8.5%. ✅ Clear medium to light amber colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, sour, dried fruit, apple, light caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, dried fruit, sweet fruit, sweet malt, sour, medium dry. Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy amber, minimal head. Citric nose with red berries. Tart with mediu mody and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Vinegar and green apples, tropical fruity hops, notes of black currant. No bitterness. Pretty well made.

Bottled 330ml (AIH128) Amber colour, small off-white head. Fruity vinegar aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Vinegarish, some fruityness, apple in the flavour. Not really my beer.
