Our Sour IPA "Defragmented Mango" is something special.
We started with a creamy malt bed and added our mixed fermentation to it, to give a good mouthfeel, some tartness and lots of fruity esters.
Then we added lots of mangoes, some hops to compliment the mangoes and finally Thai basil to give that extra twist.
The beer is very fruity with some tartness and a little kick of spices.
The Guru says, " It takes two to mango"

Appearance: Hazy orange colour with a white head.
Aroma: Mango, tropical fruit, sour, citrus, malt.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Mango, tropical fruit, sour, citrus, malt.
