Moderate bitter, quite dry. Hints of dry honey. Easy to drink, fruity with a grainy bitter-sweet finish. Fantastic fruity bitter in the end.

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grassy, minimally herbal and fruity, hoppy aroma, minimally spicy, pale malty background, notes of grass, a touch of thistle, nettle, lemon, minimally starchy undertones. Taste is grassy and slightly fruity, minimally herbal hoppy, minimally starchy, pale malty basis, hints of mandarine, lemon, a touch of thistle, nettle, moderate bitterness, subtle sweetness with a touch of honey. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth, minimally dry palate, fine, mildly prickly palate. Well hopped, widely disguised malty basis - not bad.

0,33 l bottle from Getränke Quelle Bad Münder I think. Didn´t get it in my area. Nice printed special label cap. Clear golden with a more than one finger white head. Industrial craft. Musty grainy smell. Taste? Meh. Grainy, alcoholic, metallic bitterness, low fruity in the background. Typical Heller Bock.

Bottle picked up from Kaufland, Ingolstadt and consumed at home Sunday 18th April 2021 listening to Jon Hopkins - Immunity, we had a Moussaka for tea. Pours gold almost clear but there is a tiny bit of haze a white head sits atop. Smooth moutheel but sprightly bitterness interplays with a solid malty body. Great hoppiness, clean tasting, fruity, citrussy, well balanced, really nice Maibock. Like this.
