Can from a local bottle shop. Aroma is powdery cocoa, milk chocolate, light roast. Fairly sweet flavour, light bitter. Body is medium somewhat creamy. Not a bad beer, not too special either.

0.33 l can from 'Slijterij Berendsen'. Black with a medium large, slightly creamy, stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly roasty, moderately fruity and minimally yeasty aroma of caramel, cocoa, raisins and some marzipan. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly roasty and a bit fruity taste of caramel, cocoa, licorice, some raisins and hints of marzipan, followed by a short, slightly roasty-bitter, minimally yeasty finish. Medium body, smooth, almost oily mouthfeel, flat. Nice Porter with a Belgian touch. Love that nitro stuff.

Smell-weak roast, malt, faint coffee. Foam- roast, malt, weak dark coffee, coffee. Head sized, light brown in color. Appearance - simple can, black in color. From - pint Taste - malt, faint coffee, some roast. Roasty, bitter tones, simple, not for me. Somehow I dont like it in a way.

Can from an online shop, i believe it was Foeders. Drunk while reading the only English novel on the rental apartment's bookshelf, about one Mrs. Raisin whose hobby seems to be to accidentally solve murders in her tiny British town. Darkest brown, slightly Guinness-esque head. Dusty molasses nose. Sweet stout, lots of dark malty molasses notes. Not super complex but quite tasty, nice moderate bitterness mostly balancing the dark sugar. Nice one!

Sampled at Max's Belgian Fest 2023. Perfect look. Dark brown, big cap of white head. Nose has not much though, malt, cocoa. Flavor is better, malt, tobacco, cherry. Full bodied. Yes!

From a 25 cl can. Pours black with a creamy tan nitro head. Aromas of slightly charred coffee. Flavors are mostly sweet toffee with a bit of bitterness in the finish.
