355ml bottle. Jet black colour with minimally late awakening, small to average, creamy, fadinging, brown head. Chocolately and roasty, dark malty as well as slightly caramel malty and minimally spicy aroma, hints of dark chocolate, cocoa, some coffee, caramel, a touch of molasses, vanilla, whiffs of white pepper, pimento. Taste is sweet-ish, chocolately and slightly roasty, dark malty, peppery spicy and slightly caramel malty, notes of dark chocolate, chocolate sauce, caramel, chili, pepper, pimento, hints of vanilla, molasses; slightly warming, alcoholic finish with minimally accumulating spiciness.
Viscous texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, fine, soft to flat, creamy carbonation.
Rich and heavy, initially seemingly overspiced, finally fairly balanced but slightly disharmonious and heterogeneous nevertheless - still a tad too edgy after being cellared for several years.

Bottle shared at the Ekstraliga beer share with Grumbo and ITFCDan. Aroma of cocoa power, vanilla, chocolate, malty, nutty, slight chilli heat. Great body and loved the chocolate start however not a fan of the chilli heat.

Panda at home, thanks to Graham Grumbo, 01/11/23. Black with a tan cap that dissipates edgewards. Nose is chocolate, molasses, spice, herb, tangy fruit rinds, light chilli vibes. Taste comprises chocolate, balanced green chilli bite, molasses, light coffee streak, green peppers, herb, dark malts. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced kiss of alcohol and chilli bite. Decent Chilli infused impy ... fair amount of balance and sips easy for 15%.

21/10/2023. Bottle shared at EBGP. From Hoptimaal online store. Pours rich black with a small tan coloured head. Aroma is roasted, peppery, chocolate, cocoa, nut, mild chilli. Warming peppery chilli increasingly dominates the taste. Medium sweetness. Medium to full bodied, very smooth, soft carbonation. I really liked this.

Bottle thanks to Stuu666. Appearance - deep jet black with a fawn head that disappears fairly quickly. Nose - dark chocolate, light smoky chilli. Taste - deep dark rich chocolate with chilli heat and a generous smokiness too. Palate - medium to full bodied. Smoky, dry finish. Overall - like this. Chocolate feels like 90% cocoa.
