As an ingredient of unmistakable flavor, ginger is used in Japanese cuisine, from dishes to teas and drinks. And that's the element that gives a special touch to our Witbier, a soft, refreshing and super tasty style that also has wheat and orange peels in the recipe. The name of this beer means "yummy" in Japanese, and we made it specially to combine with light dishes, causing the drinker to exclaim an "Oishii" at the end of each sip.86

TapRM: pours hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is ginger and citrus. Taste is gingery, orange peel, but still has plenty of notes of a Belgian wit. Not bad.
