33cl can from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark red, more like purple, practically with no foam. Aroma is intensely fruity, cherries and vanilla. Body is a little dense, with average carbonation. Some astringency and a chewy feeling. Taste is medium sour, with some sweetness too. Overall, very interesting.

Can 33 cl. Pours a clear, dark red - think Beaujolais - with a small, pinkisk head. Aroma of vanilla, butter and butter milk - very little cherry though. Light body, again this odd blend of vanilla and buttermilk, a hint of almonds while the cherries are fairly downplayed. Sour but not overly so. Odd but not unpleasant. 140122

Deep purple with some bits and no head. Vanilla, cream and cherry. Soured cherry and some light vanilla notes.

Backlog. Fat på Barski. Djupröd, något disig med rosavit krona. Körsbär, mycket mandeltoner, gnutta vanilj. Lite ojämn med bittertoner från mandel som tar över lite väl.
