frothy white head. Very pale straw color. Nice minerally off dry nose with some white grapefruit and grassy character. Medium full carbonation, firm bitterness with biscuity malt character under grassy hop notes. Bone dry. Not as minerally as I like for the style and the carbonation is strong but not prickly like I expect but this is a good beer. The nice malt character lingers at the end.

Nice stuff but sadly the end of the keg. Everything you’d expect though. Floury wheatiness, hop forward character. Good stuff!
