It's full to medium bodied, gently carbonated and with a gentle bitterness. Grapefruit, pine cones and some tropical fruityness in the flavor. Hints of pale malts. Taste is juicy fruity, slightly citrusy fruity and minimally grassy hoppy, sweet-ish, oaty and wheaty malty basis, notes of kiwi fruit, white grapes, some lemon, lemongrass, a touch of gooseberry. Creamy texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. The combination of Citra & Nelson Sauvin used here exceeds the probably most popular duet Citra & Mosaic in drinkability and ease, not in fruitiness; well crafted demonstration of this proposition.
