Bottle pour into a taster at MBCT showing moderately filtered amber with a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of brett, dry hay, and lighter notes of saison malt. The palate is well carbonated and lightly bodied. Moderately tart and very well balanced with acidity. Lambic forward notes of bretty funk and hay. Drinks very much like a fresh saison.

Orange, hazy body, with a medium, frothy, yellowish head.
Aroma of smooth sweet barrel, red apples, peach, citrus, some vinegar.
Tastes pretty similar.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes dry, moderate sour, wooden, fruity, with apples, some citrus, slight vinegar.
Tasty. Really smooth to drink, with nice barrel and diverse fruit notes. Good complexity and greatly balanced, as always. Lovely, elegant Gueuze.

0,05l from tap at Mbcc Blue Session. yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells of musty, lightly yeasty, spices, earthy, some wood, peppery, grassy. nice smell. full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes earthy, grassy, citric, musty, peppery, some wood, lightly fruity. finishes medium dry and lightly sour with notes of spices, citric and some grassy notes. very nice one, lovely balance. smell was not overly exciting but taste and balance are just great. 7, 4, 8, 4, 17
