Collab with: Brassneck Brewery
  Lager - Premium Regular
Score
6.91
ABV: 5.0% IBU: - Ticks: 6
This version was concocted with @brassneckbrew and uses a very light base malt and a portion of flaked rice. It is hopped with Hallertauer Tradition and Strisselspalt which lend bright citrus and soft grass notes. It's clean, crisp, simple, and very refreshing.

Very nice foam and stormy yellow body. Faint grain aroma, reasonably clean. Nice grain flavour, slightly sweet, good hop character. Crisp finish, smooth, nice spring lager.

Sample. Appearance: almost clear blonde with a white head. Aroma: fresh, malty, crispy, classic lager hops. Taste: malty, good body, crispy, not super intense flavour, though, noticeable hoppy bitterness. Overall: pretty good.

Draught at the brewery
Pale blond colour, hazy, with compact head, like whipped egg whites. The aroma of the Hallertau-family hops is well present and identifiable. The mouthfeel is very crispy, it's dry, lean, I would definitively search for something more malty, but this is what it is; decent bitterness, light grassy notes, I would have expected a bit more character here. Clean, very good.

On tap at Superflux, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out crisp grassy hops, dry crackery malt and some gentle toasted grains. Flavour is dry, crisp and biting, with a real nice grassy hop bite and crisp crackery malt. Grassy and dry on the finish with ample crispness. I think this is my favourite of the series so far.

Poured from the tap. Clear pale yellow with white head. Crisp cereal malt with some very subtle hopping. Nothing special.
