22 oz. bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma is decadent, with lush bourbon barrels upfront, followed by caramel, and toffee. Flavour is extremely sweet upfront, but in a tasteful way, with lots of raisins and other dark dried red fruits, followed by bourbon, toffee, and caramel. Lots of brown sugar and raisins amongst the sweetness, rounded out by the bourbon. This is gorgeous.

Sweet toffee and date. Deep black brown with almost no head. Sweet raisin, date and a viscous body, sticky and sweet, but I like it.

[2019-05-18] Fat på MBCC 2019, blå session. Väldigt mörk kopparbrun med beige krona. Kolaremmar, bourbon, torkad frukt, fikon, romdränkta russin, marsipan. Stor och tuggig med mäktig fatkaraktär. Mäktig! 9/4/9/5/17 = 4,4.

32oz crowler from Elizabeth Station (thx, Sonnet!) at Alex's shared with Ash, Jamey, and Kas on 2019-04-18. Appearance: dark brown with a weak beige head. Aroma: a bit sour dark fruits with sweet tea notes. Taste: very sweet, like a candy, cloying, with dark fruit notes, bourbon notes. Overall: this one is super sweet, this sweetness overpowering everything else in the beer, which is definitely not good. 747515

Tap. Unclear brown color with beige head. Aroma is raisins, vanilla, caramel, all the bourbon barrel goodness. Taste is raisins, brown sugar, bourbon juice. Thick oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Tasty!
