750ml @ Ryan's. Appearance: hazy peach with a white head. Aroma: nice funk, fruitiness, tartness. Taste: along the same lines, lots of funk and wood, very juicy. Overall: good one.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy pinkish peach with a tiny white head. Aroma is very funky, with lots of champagne-like apple effervescence, and barnyard funk. Flavour is very funky, bringing out a lot of barnyard funk, champagne-like effervescence, and dry musty apple skins. Really nice mix of cider and farmhouse beer. Excellent.

Nice peach hue, okay foam, stormy carbonation. Good soft apple sourness aroma, vinuous, mellow tannins. Flavour is a bitter apple, tart wood, lingering oak notes. Burlappy finish, slightly leather. Quite earthy and musty with a soft sweet finish.
