Inspired by hitting the night lit slopes of Red Mountain, this jet black IPA is the latest edition to our Collaboration Series featuring our friends at Rossland Beer Company. Roasted malt notes, perfectly balanced with bright piney and tropical hop flavours give way to a full bodied deliciously dark and hoppy ale. Sure to warm you up after ab evening spent on the mountain.

Okay foam on a deep dark brown body. Hoppy caramel on the nose, slight coffee. Flavour is good bitter biscuit, sharp molasses, mellow coffee notes. Lingering oiliness and crisp dark grain. An easier approach to a black IPA but not as bold as others.

473mL can, pours black with a medium tan head. Nose reveals earthy hops, some resins, and moderate roast. Flavour is fairly subdued for the style, revealing moderately bitter earthy hops, some resins, and gently roasted malt. Slightly fruity on the finish, but mostly balancing the hops and malt. Balanced well, but the flavours aren't particularly deep. Decently made.
