This cider is co-fermented with organic Cabernet Sauvignon grapes skins from A Sunday in August. Wild yeast. 2 week skin contact. Aged for 12 months in stainless tanks and Chardonnay barrels.

Little foam on a carbonated rosé body. Soft grape aroma on sweet apple, subdued. Flavour is bright red cabernet character, slight cheese, sharp apple to balance it out. Full and lingering tannins. Chewy and round, the grape character helps smooth out the apple acidity.
