Bottle sample at Krause, pours a clear pale blonde, no head. Aroma brings out light pear skins, medium sweetness and a touch of champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is lightly sweet, with crisp pear skins, light effervescence, and gentle sweetness. Not too sweet and medium complexity. It's alright.

750ml bottle from the source, about 7 months old and decanted. Nice light gold body, good medium sweet pear on the nose with soft vine notes. Flavour is juicy pear, soft tannins, residual sweetness. Well balanced, easy to drink, though rather simple.
