Giant chocolate flavour is complimented by a gentle infusion of peppermint. This brew is packed full of cocoa nibs, chocolate malt and is sure to keep you cozy this winter. Guest brewer Bobby Clarke is a gentle giant in his own right. Standing 6'7" and with one of the friendliest smiles, when he's not brewing at home you'll find him around town as part of the public works crew.

On tap at Mountainview, pours black with a small tan head. Nose features some burnt notes, a bit of mint, and dry cocoa powder. Flavour is earthy and dirty, with dusty dry cocoa powder, a touch of mint, and burnt notes. Jumbled and confused. Not very pleasant flavours.

Deep black body and modest dark beige foam. Peppermint for sure on the nose, though a little soft and nothing else. Flavour is more peppermint and soft chocolate, some biscuit, okay carbonation but a little thin for something like this. Acceptable nonetheless.
