Sample (thanks omhper!). Black colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is chocolate, some sweet malts, roasted and mild earthy notes. Flavour is floral, some herbal and mild toasted tones. Aroma is ok, but flavourwise umm, not very much so. Watery palate.

330ml bottle. Darkest brown colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige to tan head. Roasty and chocolately, dark malty aroma, hints of milk chocolate, dark chocolate, some coffee, minimally grainy interludes. Taste is sweet-ish, chocolately and roasty, dark malty, minimally diluted notes of milk chocolate, dark chocolate, some coffee, a touch of lactose, light bitterness. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, scattered, prickly carbonation. Decent composition, a bit light and watery - OK.

ABV: 4.6%. ✅ Clear dark brown colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, sweet malt, brown sugar, light to moderate toasted - roasted. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wood, brown sugar, toasted - roasted, dark malt, sweet malt, light ash. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220123]

33cl bottle. A clear very dark brown beer with a big tan head. Aroma of dark malts, chocolate, liquorice, hints of smoke, burned bread. Taste of dry chocolate, burned malt, hints of smoke and liquorice.

--Bottled, thanks koelaschtrinker! -- Near blavk, rich beige head. Generous coffee aroma. Dry with light body and clean mouthfeel, Dark chocolate and coffee, some burnt malt tartness. Long bitter finish.
