Refrigerated bottle poured into a shaker at Junior’s in Time Square. Pours clear light amber with one and a half inch off-white head that dissapates fairly quickly. Some small bubble lacing, medium/light body, and medium carbonation. Taste is light toasty caramel malt and finishes with some lightly bitter hops. Somewhere between an English pale ale and just a regular stock ale (hops are pretty subdued).

12 oz. bottle, pours clear dark amber with a small head. Aroma of sweet caramel / English malts balanced by light hoppiness. Flavour is pretty mild and a bit watery - English-style caramel malt, light hop characteristic and biscuit. Drinkable.
