500ml bottle from EuroSpar Langnes, thanks to Leif for sharing. Clear amber coloured body. Off-white head that recedes to a tiny layer. Spotty glass-lacing. Herbal hoppy nose with mid-sweet malts. Rounded flavours of citrus and mid-sweet malts. Very smooth bittersweet finish. Quite well bodied considering the low abv. Satisfying session drink (Tromsø, 02.08.2013).

Bottle at home. Pours a clear amber colour with an off-white medium head. Lots of fudge in the aroma along with cake, oak, grassy hops and wort. The flavour has more grassy hops with hay, and feels dry in the end. Has a slick and light mouth feel, and a lasting medium bitterness. An okay bitter but maybe a bit light flavour and a little unbalanced.

Cask at the Bishop’s Finger - Smithfield, London. Pours perfectly clear gold with a fine, creamy head. Light citrusy hops in the nose, fine biscuity pale malts. Light sweet flavor with mellow orange rind, other pithy citrus, restrained pale malts. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Fair balance onthe finish, slight leafy bitterness, further dry citrus, touhes of dry, pale malte. Nothing that wrong here, although the character is on the wimpy side.

0.5l bottle. This is a crystal clear bronze colored one with a small light lacing off-white top. On the nose I get tones of wood, dark English caramel , dark malts and traces of cardboard. It's about average on the carbonation and the mouthfeel is light oily and not bad at all considering this is a 4% ABV beer. Dry caramel in the taste, some butter hints (not in a bad way), a gentle bitter - bitterness and some almonds. I'm not standing in the couch screaming THIS IS A FANTASTIC EXCITING Beer, but it's a fine little bitter. 23.02.2013

Bottle. It pours a clear, dark golden to amber body and a small, off-white head. It hash a quite bready aroma, with caramel and some faint roasted notes. Some grassy, lightly piney hops blends in, Quite bitter on the palate, dry, with soft carbonation and a bready, caramel maltyness. Medium body. Bitter, bready finish with a metallic touch. Certainly not a beer I’ll miss, but considering the strength, it’s a fine one. 130309

Robust humlet, men erkeengelsk humleprofil, selv om jeg ser at den også har cascade, så er det EKG som setter hovedpreget.

500 ml bottle. Clear amber body with medium sized off-white head. Aroma has caramel malt, dark fruit and a hint of citric. Flavour is sweet malt, caramel, fruit and light balanced bitterness. Medium body and medium aftertaste. All in all a medium beer in all aspects with no miss flavours and sometimes this is just what I need. Would not mind to have this on a regular basic, and if not I would easily find something similar.
