Bottle from Ship in a Bottle, West Kirby. Slightly hazy gold pour with a medium white head. Fragrant grassy hop present in the snout. Pleasant moutheel. Some decent tropical fruit and hop in the flavour. Dryish bitter finish. Straightforward and drinkable stuff. Possibly a bit harshly treated on here.

bottle from Bierpost. Clear golden colour with a white head. Good hoppy nose - fruity and slightly herbal. Full-bodied malty base supporting herbal-resiny and fruity hops, citrusy with a tropical touch.

12oz bottle from my son: poured into a ’Good People’ US pint glass from Birmingham Alabama, just so it would be happy. Light amber/golden pour, white head on the clear, clean and bright body. Plenty of carbonation bubbles rising to sit just below the head trying to replenish it. Dry and hop front to both the aroma and taste, mild citrus hints with a good bitter base that I enjoyed. Decent and surprised my lad found this in a pub down in London E17.

Bottle from superbrugsen enghavevej. clear yellow, smooth small white head. citus and pine and a lot of hops bitterness in the aroma. Also some sweet malts, but hops dominate. Flavor is well balanced, quite malty and very hoppy, the hops are bitter but not overly flavorfull, so a dry sensation, some pine and citrus though. high drinkabillity.

Aroma is sweetish with tropical fruits, pineapples and some gluey notes. Flavour has resiny tones, pineapples, some tropical fruits and distatnt gluey notes. Finishes with grainy and malty tones. Good.

Light golden, slight haze, frothy white head
Aroma of light malts, little hops, slight fruits, slight lemon
Taste of pale malts, some fairly bitter hops, little fruits, dull for 6.5%
Palate - soft carb, medium light body. Finish is quite dry, bitter lingering tail
Overall - Average beer, dull for a US IPA

Pours a slightly hazy orange color, topped with very decent white head. There is a pleasantly fruity and citrusy aroma, easily picked up, but not too strong. The taste is nicely bitter, creamy feel with some citrus notes. A very nice one, really.

This was poured into a pint glass every time I’ve had it.
The appearance was a hazy burnt orange color along the sides and taking on a darker ruddy brown color in the center. The head was about a finger’s worth of white foaminess that dissipated within about forty seconds leaving a film of a lacing.
The smell had some light sweet pine but only after a bit of warming.
The taste was mainly bitter, it really took some warming to let the flavors show their face.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation was harsh just like a good AIPA should be.
Overall, everything is on par to make it a go to AIPA however, every time I’ve had it I always think that the aroma just doesn’t seem to show enough.
