House Of Pale is one of the recipes we’ve taken from our beloved mad laboratory in Copenhagen, BRUS. A New England Pale ale with Equanot hops. It’s seen many changes and tweaks over this year, experimenting with hop doses and overall ‘crispiness’ - and now we’re pretty sure we’ve got exactly what we’ve been looking for.

Murky yellow, good frothy white head, half way lasting, heavy lacing. Aroma passion fruit, grapefruit, citrus hops, yeast. Taste medium sweet and bitter, orange, grapefruit, citrus hops, lactose notes. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation, dry bittersweet aftertaste, orange pith, spicy notes, nice.

Fruchtig hopfiger Antrunk. Grasig, passende milde Herbe, vollmundig. Herb-würzig, der Hopfen bleibt auf hohem Level, vollmundig. Langer, herb hopfiger Abgang, cremig. Gelungen. 10/9/11/11/6/11

Draft at Uiltje Bar, Haarlem. Fairly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus, light fruits and green fresh hops. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.
