Pils is our dry-hopped, unfiltered lager created with 100% German malt and Tettnang and Saphir hops in the kettle and fermenter. Spicy noble hop character over sweet Pilsner malt. Pepper, lemon ice, black tea. This is the first iteration in pursuit of the fizzy yellow beer of my dreams.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to lager glass.
Appearance: misty yellow colored with a two finger white foamy to semi-bubbly head, (hmmmm....), well, the head dissipated to leave some light lace
Aroma: herbal to earthy to grassy hop spices over top of a light biscuity-like malt
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together in a semi-spicy to grassy sweet tone; mild finish of the malts and semi-spicy hoppiness
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; fairly clean and smooth along the tongue
Overall: good enough pilsener I could return to.

Clear pale gold pour white head from pint can. Semell is yellow and pepper. Similar taste, lacking the bitter harshness of some pils.

Can from Beerdome. Grassy and light citrussy noble hops, grainy malt. Nicely bitter and dry. Exquisite and highly drinkable. A somewhat stronger grain profile and this would have been a flawless Pils.

Little bit sour for a Pils, it's more like a Farmhouse Ale

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2023. Pours a slightly hazy pale staw yellow with a white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has bright grass with some straw and hay notes supporting. Flavor has grass and hay throughout with a bit of grain coming through.
