Draft sample @ BXL BeerFest 2022.

2 month old pint can A: Poured gently to a short head that slowly fell to a pad. Clear pale gold. S: Green herbs, grass and apples over sweet bread dough. T: Bitter and snappy with pungent herbal and lemon citrus hops. Malts are dry and crackery. A light floral sweetness near the tart ending. M: Stiff but fine coating carbonation. Light and very dry. O: Everything I love in a pils even if highly hopped. Extremely good.

16oz pour at Red Apron Union Market pours a lightly hazy, corn yellow with some creamy white head. Nose has grist and dough and corn. Flavor is all that. Doesn't quite ring true pils, but it's still good. Creamy finish.
