Better than expected from the average rating. A good harmony between a gentle yogurty sourness, wild yeast, banana, and a touch of hops. Easy to drink. Feels light for the ABV.

TCBW2024. Hazy orange colour with a mediumsized off-white head, which disappears quite quick. Aroma is bananas, some yeast, mild sweet grainy tones with a bit of herbal and biscuity tones. Flavour is bananas, yeast, spiciness, mild grains with some biscuity, mild rye and oaty tones as well as some slight herbal tones. Clear orange beer, small creamy white head, unstable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: fruity, sweet caramel malts, a bit yeasty, diacetyl, very buttery. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: surprisingly sourish start, ripe banana, yeasty, spicy touch, juniper notes. Aftertaste: more sourish, yeast, banana, malty, diacetyl, buttery finish, some grains. Not a fan of the diacetyl.

Couleur fine orange, col fin blanc-cassé.
Arôme sur un bouquet rustique, qcq effet esters, herbacé rappelant les sous-bois voire les abords d'une marre en automne.
Palais est bas en effervescence, léger caractère malté, levure kveik qui vient ajouter à ce côté neutre de la levure alors que le tout surfe sur une base un peu rustique de saison.
